Cigar Art & My Father Flight of 5
This flight includes some great stuff from Jaime Garcia's My Father Cigars and some Cigar Art classics. Starting with the 2012 Cigar of the Year and finishing with the Oak Cliff made Cliff Rat Churchill.
1 La Flor de las Antilles Toro Tubo
The Cigar Aficionado 2012 Cigar of the Year winner with 96 points. 6 x 52, medium-body. From Cigar Aficionado: "The smokes are delicious from the first puff, with notes of nutmeg, white pepper and just enough strength without being overpowering. They are hard to put down. They are classics, 96-point smokes on our 100-point scale."
1 My Father Special S
From halfwheel: "The S Special starts out with great flavors of creamy cedar, nuts, earth, and leather. There is some great black pepper on the retrohale and nice spice on the lips, and that continues for the entirety of the smoke. It’s very creamy overall."
1 Singer & Monk Habano Toro
Singer & Monk is one of Cigar Art's own lines, a passion project from Russ and Marco. This cigar is made at the La Corona Factory in Esteli, Nicaragua exclusive for Cigar Art. Using five year old Jalapa Valley tobacco and a Habano Cafe wrapper this cigar is a smooth medium body with leather, Peach wood, cream, and a hint of spice. 6 x 52
2 Cliff Rat Churchill
If you've had our Bishop Arts Cigars Cliff Rat before, you know we don't do these often. Habano wrapper over Esteli and Jalapa fillers. Full-body, woody, spicy.
