Handmade in Dallas, TX by expat Cuban cigar rollers, the Cliff Jumper is a Cigar Art exclusive. This San Andres Maduro over Nicaraguan binder and filler is the strongest in our Oak Cliff series. Made in the old school Cuban style with "entubado" bunching, double binder, and triple cap.
