My Father-La Gran Oferta (The Great Offering), is the latest addition to the very well-known and prestigious "My Father" family. The cigars are rolled in the Garcia's large facility in Esteli, Nicaragua, with Cuban-seed binder and filler tobaccos grown on their own Nicaraguan farms. The wrapper is a very oily Habano Rosado and it's a medium to 3/4 cigar. La Gran Oferta translates to "the great offering," and the cigar features stunning artwork created after a very old cigar brand that sold under the same name, around 1913. The smoke will come in five sizes Toro, measuring 6 inches by 50 ring gauges; Robusto, 5 by 50; Torpedo, 6 1/8 by 52; Toro Gordo, 6 by 56; Lancero, 7 1/2 by 38. All in boxes of 20 cigars.

An absolute must try cigar. Medium +, to Medium full bodied. Richness permeates this cigar and always provides a rewarding experience. It does not have the pepperish notes that most MF cigars have, but very enjoyable. One of my 2 favorite MF cigars.
